Aurora

Plasma flows in at the earth's north pole but we do not know what happens to the current of trillions of amps. Could it be the fuel for continental drift perhaps via nuclear fusion? Certainly plate tectonics including the Atlantic and other oceanic ridges must need a lot of energy.
